High House Barn
High House Barn is a converted barn on our farm outside Foulsham. It's a bit over 18 miles from the coast, so you're in proper Norfolk countryside here. The barn sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms and a separate loo.
It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is a decent size if you're cooking for a group. Outside, there's a private garden area and a hot tub.
You're welcome to bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
The local village, Foulsham, is about a mile away. It has a shop and a pub. The pub serves food.
If you're driving out, you can get to the main bits of Norfolk in under half an hour. Norwich is south, about 25 minutes. That's where you go for the castle, the cathedral, and proper shopping. The Broads are east, around Wroxham. You can hire a boat there. The north coast is north, maybe 30 minutes to places like Wells-next-the-Sea or Blakeney.
There's a lot of National Trust and RSPB places nearby if that's your thing. Useful links for planning: National Trust Norfolk and Visit Norfolk.
