Rose Cottage is in North Elmham. That's a small village inland in Norfolk. It's not by the sea. The cottage itself is a two-up two-down, end of terrace. It looks out over the lane.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well looked after and comfortable. There are steep, narrow stairs. It's an old cottage, so that's just how it is.
The garden is a small courtyard. It gets the sun in the morning. There's a wood burner in the living room. It works well.
In the village, there's a shop and a pub. Both are fine. The pub does food. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Fakenham, which is about four miles away.
You're about half an hour's drive from the coast. Wells-next-the-Sea is a good bet. Cromer is a bit further. For the Broads, Wroxham is the usual point to get on the water. Norwich is a proper city, good for a day out. The castle and the market are worth seeing.
It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
