High Farm Barn
This is High Farm Barn. It's in Stanfield, Norfolk. It's a detached barn conversion, in the grounds of my farmhouse.
It sleeps six, but in two bedrooms. Both are doubles. One has a single bunk over it, and the other has two single beds in an L-shape. So it's good for a family or two couples who don't mind sharing. There are two bathrooms, which helps.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well equipped and comfortable. Because it's a barn, the rooms are big and the ceilings are high. There's a patio and garden area that's just for you.
The village is quiet. There's a local shop and a pub about a mile and a half away. The roads around here are good for cycling.
You're about 11 miles from Fakenham. The north Norfolk coast is about a 30 minute drive. That's where you find Holkham Beach and Wells-next-the-Sea. The beach at Holkham is huge. At Wells, you can get the little train from the town to the beach if you don't fancy the walk.
Sandringham Estate is close by if you want a walk in the woods or to see the house. Norwich is about 45 minutes away. It's a proper city with a castle and cathedral.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
