High Farm Barn
High Farm Barn is in Stanfield, which is a small village out in the Norfolk countryside.
It sleeps six. That's down to having two bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs, plus two bathrooms, which helps with a full house. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's big and open inside but done in a simple way. It's not cluttered.
The barn is detached and you get your own patio area out the front. The owners live nearby, up at the main farmhouse.
It's quiet here. The lanes are good for walking or cycling straight from the door. The coast is about a twenty minute drive. Holkham beach is the one you'll have seen pictures of with the wide sands and pine woods. Wells-next-the-Sea is along from there with the harbour and the little beach train. Hunstanton is further west if you want a traditional seaside town.
Fakenham is eleven miles away for a bigger supermarket. Norwich is about a forty minute drive one way, and the Sandringham Estate is about forty minutes drive the other. There's a village shop and a pub both within a mile and a half.
For the facilities: it's got the things you'd expect. WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. No pets allowed.
