Norfolk Horn Hut

Norfolk Horn Hut is one of three shepherd's huts here at Godwick. It's in the grounds of Godwick Hall, but it's set apart and feels private. You're just looking out at fields.

It's for two people. One bedroom with a double bed, one small bathroom with a shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It's glamping, but comfortable.

The hut has a wood burner, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and hot running water. There's an oak worktop and a butler sink. The floors are oak. It's all in one room, so it's open plan. You have your own patio area outside.

Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is available. You park right next to it.

You can order things for your stay. You can get breakfast delivered to the hut in the morning, or have a bottle of fizz waiting in the fridge. You can also hire a BBQ or a firepit and buy wood.

The location is quiet. It's rural Norfolk. You'll see sheep and hear birds. It feels remote, but you're not far from things.

It's about eleven miles from the north Norfolk coast. That means places like Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham beach are a short drive away. Norwich is within reach for a day trip. King's Lynn is seventeen miles away, which has train links if you need them.

If you're coming with more people, the other two huts here are the Ryeland Retreat and the Herdwick Hideaway. You can book all three together for up to six guests.
