This is Sunnyside, in Colkirk. It's a semi-detached cottage. I think it gets its name because the back really does get the sun most of the day.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. There's a toilet downstairs too, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The kitchen is quite long, with space for a table. The garden is at the back, with a patio area. You can bring one dog.
It's a quiet village. The nearest pub is about three-quarters of a mile away, so a fifteen minute walk. The coast is about a half hour drive. Wells-next-the-Sea is very popular, with the beach and the pine woods. Blakeney is good for a walk out to the point or a boat trip to see the seals.
If you head west, you get to Holkham beach and then Hunstanton, which is a proper seaside town with a promenade and things like that.
For a day out, you've got the Thursford Collection if you like steam engines and fairground organs, and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve is good for a walk. The market town of Fakenham is about ten minutes away by car.
Things here: there's a washing machine, TV, wifi, and parking for a car on the drive. All the bedding and towels are included.
