The Coach House
The Coach House is in Tatterford, which is about three miles south of Fakenham. It's a detached property, basically one big open-plan downstairs with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
It sleeps three people, which is a double bed and a single futon in the living area. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-kept. The stairs are a spiral staircase, so you need to be a bit careful on them.
You've got the garden to yourselves, and it's enclosed. There's a patio with a table and chairs, and a barbeque. Inside, there's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided. We allow one dog.
Tatterford itself is quiet. Fakenham's the nearest proper town for shops and supermarkets. The coast is about twenty minutes by car. Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham are both good for long beaches.
Inland, you've got the Royal Sandringham Estate about twenty-five minutes away. Pensthorpe Natural Park is close by, good for a walk if you like wildlife. If you're a golfer, Fakenham has a course.
