This is Caradon House, in East Rudham. It's a big, detached Georgian house that sleeps up to twenty people. There are ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms, so it's good for large groups and families.
It's a 5 Star property, which means it's very well equipped and comfortable. It's been done up to a high standard. The space is practical for a lot of people: there's a large kitchen, a separate cooking area, and several different rooms to sit in. You've got a games room, plenty of TVs, and WiFi. The garden is enclosed and there's parking.
Because it's an old house, the layout is what it is. Some of the doorways and stairs are typical for the period. The towels and bedding are provided.
You can bring up to three dogs. It's a Christmas-themed property, so it's decorated for the season in December.
The village has a good gastro pub and a coffee shop that also works as a small shop. For a big supermarket, you'd drive to Fakenham.
You're about a fifteen or twenty minute drive from the north Norfolk coast. Brancaster, Holkham, and Wells-next-the-Sea are all within half an hour. It's a good area for walking and birdwatching. The RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh is nearby. The Sandringham Estate is also close.
For a traditional seaside town, Hunstanton is about twenty-five minutes away. It has a beach, a sea life centre, and a funfair.
