Caradon House is in East Rudham, Norfolk. It's a big, detached place that sleeps up to 20 people. There are ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It's a 5 Star property, which means it's very well done up and comfortable. It's also Grade II listed.
The house is set up for groups. There's a big kitchen and a separate prep kitchen, which is useful. There are different living areas and places to eat, so people can spread out. The garden is large and enclosed.
You're right in the village. There's a gastro pub and a shop for coffee and essentials about five minutes' walk away.
For beaches and the coast, you're looking at a 15 to 20 minute drive. Places like Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea, and Brancaster are all within half an hour. The National Trust owns a lot of the coastline here, so their sites are good for parking and access.
The nearest bigger towns are Burnham Market, which is about ten minutes away, and Sandringham is nearby too. If you want a traditional seaside town, Hunstanton is under half an hour's drive.
Facilities wise: there's parking on site, a games room, a barbecue, and woodburning stoves. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to three dogs. There are things like a cot and highchair if you need them.
