This is Baileys Barn. It's on Moor Farm, a few miles outside a village called Foxley in mid Norfolk.
It's a single-storey barn conversion, so everything's on the ground floor. Sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and does the job but don't expect anything fancy.
The barn is set away from the main farm buildings, so it's quiet. There's a patio area for you to use.
It's a working beef farm. You'll see the animals around. They've got fishing lakes on site you're welcome to use at no extra cost. There's also a children's play area for younger kids.
For basics, there's a shop about a mile away. The closest pub is two miles.
The coast is about half an hour's drive. Wells-next-the-Sea is the main one. Nice beach, a harbour, and a little steam railway to the sands. Sheringham and Cromer are a similar distance.
Norwich is about thirty minutes away if you want a day in the city. It's good for shopping, the castle, that sort of thing.
In terms of what's here, it's got the basics covered. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
