Church Farm Barn
Church Farm Barn is attached to a working farm. There are cattle about, usually in a different field from the cottage. It’s quiet here. Foxley is just outside Reepham in mid-Norfolk.
It’s a barn conversion so it's big, sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. That’s handy for a group. It’s a 4 Star place, so everything’s in good order and clean. The wood burner works well.
The garden is yours to use. It has a patio area. There’s a kids’ play area on the farm, a swimming pool you can book slots for, and a coarse fishing lake if you want to do that. It's all included.
You can bring two dogs, but they need to be kept on leads around the farm and livestock, obviously. Everything's included like bedding and towels. There's parking right there.
The shop's a mile away in the village. The nearest pub is about two miles, The Plough in Briston does food.
For days out, the coast is about half an hour's drive. Wells-next-the-Sea has the beach with the beach huts and you can get the little train down from the town. Sheringham and Cromer are a similar distance, the other way.
Norwich is easy to get to, about 25 minutes in the car. It’s good for the cathedral, the castle, and the lanes for shopping. Reepham itself is a nice little market town, a few minutes away.
