Stable Cottage 3
Stable Cottage 3 is one of the barn conversions at Moor Farm, near Foxley. It's a working beef farm, so you'll see cattle in the fields. The cottage is terraced, attached to a few others along a row.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. There's a step up into the shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not high-end.
On the farm itself there are two fishing lakes. The fishing is included, no extra charge. There's also an outdoor children's play area and a small indoor swimming pool you can book to use privately. Parking is right outside.
The facilities list covers most things. WiFi is there but it's a farm, so don't expect super fast speeds. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and towels are provided. You can bring up to two dogs.
The nearest shop is about a mile away in Briston. The nearest pub is two miles. For a proper day out, Wells-next-the-Sea is about a 25 minute drive. It's got the beach, the pine woods, and the harbour. Sheringham and Cromer are about the same distance in the other direction.
Norwich is half an hour away by car. The castle is good, and the lanes are interesting for a wander.
