The Small Barn
The Small Barn is on our farm in Wood Norton. It's a detached barn conversion. We live in the main farmhouse, but the barn is yours. It's got its own garden, a patio with table and chairs, and you can get to it from the living room doors.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. The rating is 3 Star, which means it's comfortable and clean. You can bring one dog, just let me know when you book. The farm is about an acre and a half. The area right by the barn is yours, but you're welcome to walk around the rest. It's just fields and gardens.
You're about twenty minutes by car from the north Norfolk coast. Weybourne beach is shingle. Cromer has the pier and a town. Blakeney Quay is good for crabbing, and there are boat trips to see the seals from there sometimes.
For a day out, Wells-next-the-Sea is about half an hour. The beach huts are there, and you can get the little train from the town to the sand. Holt is a bit closer, maybe twenty minutes. It's a Georgian town with nice shops and places to eat.
If you want to go inland, Norwich is forty minutes. It's a proper city with a castle and a cathedral. The Norfolk Broads are about the same drive the other way, for boat trips and walking.
Facilities wise: it's got WiFi, a TV, parking right outside, and the patio garden. Bedding and towels are included. There's space in the barn to put bikes if you bring them.
