Pond Cottage
Pond Cottage is on Moor Farm in Foxley, Norfolk. It's part of a small group of farm buildings that have been converted. It's a working farm with cows.
The cottage sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. It's all on one floor, so no stairs inside. Outside, the ground is gravel and grass, so it's a bit uneven in places.
There are two lakes on the farm you can fish in. No extra charge for that. There's also a small outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months and a children's play area.
In terms of facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
The nearest shop is about a mile away in Foxley village. The nearest pub is two miles. For a bigger shop, Fakenham is about ten minutes by car.
The north Norfolk coast is about half an hour's drive. Wells-next-the-Sea is popular, with a nice beach and a long pier. Sheringham and Cromer are a similar distance. Norwich is also about thirty minutes away if you fancy a city day. It's got the castle, good shops, and the cathedral.
