Pond Cottage
Pond Cottage is on Moor Farm, near Foxley. It's a working beef farm. The cottage is one of a few on the site, all converted from old farm buildings.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. The stairs are fine, just normal cottage stairs.
You've got your own garden area. The kitchen has a range cooker, which is good if you like cooking.
On the farm, there are fishing lakes you can use. No extra cost for that. There's also a children's play area and an indoor swimming pool. You can park right outside the cottage.
The local shop is about a mile away. The nearest pub and restaurant are two miles. For the coast, Wells-next-the-Sea is about a 25 minute drive. It's a proper seaside town with a sandy beach, shops, and the harbour. Sheringham and Cromer are about the same distance in the other direction.
Norwich is half an hour away by car if you need a city. They've got the castle, shops, and the theatre.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
