Westpitt Farm - The Hay Loft
Westpitt Farm - The Hay Loft is near Tiverton. It's a barn we converted last year. It's detached and sleeps ten people.
There are five bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. You can have the beds as super king or twins. The stairs are regular stairs, not a ladder.
Downstairs is one big open room with the kitchen, dining area, and living space. There's a wood burner. The doors slide open to a balcony. It gets the sun in the evening. Outside is a private garden with a hot tub, a firepit, and a barbecue.
One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is set up for accessibility. It has a wet room shower with a seat and grab rails. There's also a study nook upstairs if you need to work.
The farm is rural. You'll see sheep in the fields. It's quiet. The village of Butterleigh is about a mile and a half away. It has a pub. Tiverton is three miles for shops and supermarkets. The M5 junction is a 15 minute drive.
You're about halfway between the north and south Devon coasts. Both are within an hour's drive. Exmoor and Dartmoor are each about half an hour away. Exeter is about 25 minutes.
It has the things you'd expect: towels and bedding are provided, there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's an electric vehicle charger. No pets, sorry.
