Westpitt Farm - The Hay Loft
Westpitt Farm - The Hay Loft is on our farm near Tiverton. It's a new barn conversion from 2023. It's detached, so you won't share walls with anyone.
It sleeps ten, which is why there are five bedrooms. They all have their own bathrooms, which is useful with a full house. Each bedroom is set up with a super king bed, but they can be split into twins if you need it. One of the bedrooms downstairs is set up for accessibility.
The main living space is upstairs. It's open plan so everyone can be together. There's a large kitchen with an island, a dining table, and sofas with a wood burner. The big doors open onto a balcony that gets the sun. There's a fold-down bar area too.
Outside, there's a private garden with a hot tub, a firepit, and a barbecue. The views are over the fields and the Exe Valley.
The farm is about a mile and a half from the village of Butterleigh, which has a pub. Tiverton is three miles away for shops and supermarkets. You're about 15 minutes from the M5 junction.
You're right in the middle of Devon here. Both coastlines are within an hour's drive. Dartmoor and Exmoor are each about half an hour away. Exeter is maybe 25 minutes.
For facilities, it's got underfloor heating, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
We have another barn on the farm called The Cow Shed, which sleeps six. You can book both together.
