This is Deer Park. It's a barn conversion on a deer farm in Cadeleigh, about nine miles from Exeter. The place is detached and looks out over the farm's ponds and fields. You'll see the deer, sometimes quite close.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The open plan living area has underfloor heating and bi-fold doors that open onto the garden. There's a proper kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. The garden is private and fenced, but the ponds are unfenced so just be aware if you're bringing children or dogs.
It's down an unmade track, so it's quiet. You'll need a car. The nearest pub is about half a mile away. For a shop, it's about six miles to Tiverton.
It's a good spot for Exmoor, which is about half an hour's drive. You can be on the north Devon coast in under an hour. Closer by, Bickleigh Mill is nearby for river walks and there's a small railway there. Tiverton Canal is also close if you fancy a boat trip or a walk.
Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. It's wheelchair accessible and has a cot and highchair if you need them.
