Little Millhayes

Little Millhayes is in Up Exe, which is a small rural hamlet north of Exeter. It's a detached bungalow, so you're not sharing walls with anyone. The garden is fully enclosed by a six-foot wall, which is handy.

It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has a super king-size bed. There's also a downstairs toilet. The second bedroom has twin beds and is upstairs. You get to it via a metal spiral staircase. It's open-tread and a bit steep, so watch your step.

The kitchen has everything you need and there's a dining table. Mind your head in the dining area, the beams are low. There's a step down from there into the kitchen. The living room has patio doors out to the garden. There's a smart TV and an electric stove.

The garden is a good size. There's a patio with a table and chairs under a gazebo. There's a lockable barn in the garden with a tumble dryer and space for bikes.

You're about eight miles from Exeter. The local shop is a mile and a quarter away. The nearest pub serving food is about a mile and three quarters.

For days out, you're well placed. Dartmoor, Exmoor, and the Blackdown Hills are all within easy reach. Both the north and south Devon coasts are about an hour's drive. The nearest beach is about eighteen miles.

Facilities: All the basics are included, like bedding, towels, WiFi, and parking. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to three dogs.
