The Annex is attached to our house, which is a listed cottage by the river. It's our old guest house, basically.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One bedroom has a view of the river. Downstairs is a sitting room that also faces the river. There's a TV and a games console.
Outside, there's a patio with a table. The river is right there, which is lovely. You need to keep an eye on young children, obviously, as it's on the water's edge. There's also a bit of lawn we share.
You can walk to the pub restaurant over the bridge. It's very close.
For days out, Exeter is about twenty minutes by car. Tiverton is even closer. There's good walking from the door along the river. Exmoor is about half an hour's drive north. The north Devon coast, for beaches like Woolacombe, is also within about half an hour.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to four dogs.
