The Shed With A View Cadbury

The Shed With A View is in Cadbury, just north of Crediton. It's exactly what it sounds like: a shed with a good view. It's set in our own bit of land.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main thing is the windows in the living area. They're full height. It feels a bit like sitting outside when you're inside.

The bedroom is fine. Comfy bed, ensuite shower. The kitchen has what you need. There's a dishwasher and washing machine.

You can walk around our land. There's a summerhouse by the pond. The lanes and footpaths around here are quiet.

For a shop, you'll need to drive about two and a half miles. The nearest pub is two miles away in Bickleigh. It does food.

If you want to go out, Crediton and Tiverton are close. Exeter is about half an hour's drive. The National Trust places are all reachable: Killerton, Knightshayes, and Castle Drogo.

You're roughly in the middle of Dartmoor and Exmoor. Both are about a 40 minute drive. The north and south coast beaches are within an hour or so.

We've lived here for over 30 years. We manage the land for wildlife. If you're interested in that sort of thing, we're happy to chat about it. My husband, Mike, knows about fishing locally if that's your thing.

You can bring one well-behaved dog. Parking is right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
