The Tack Room
The Tack Room is in Thorney, Somerset. It's part of a farmyard, converted from an old stable. There are a couple of other holiday lets here, so you might see other guests around.
It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. Got a four star rating. It's all on one level which is handy. The main room is open plan, kitchen, living area, all together. Patio doors lead out to a private, enclosed garden. It's not huge, but it's yours and it's fenced in. Good if you're bringing a dog.
We take up to two pets. There's a dishwasher, TV, and the WiFi is alright. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
It's a rural spot. Quiet. You can see fields from the garden. The fishing mentioned in the facilities is local river fishing, you'd need your own licence.
Glastonbury Tor is about a twenty minute drive. Wells with the cathedral is maybe half an hour. The Somerset Levels are right here for walks and birdwatching. Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole are also within half an hour if you want that sort of thing.
