Hollies Cottage 15 Martock

Hollies Cottage 15 is number fifteen on a small development of holiday homes. They're a mix of cottages and coach houses, basically all new builds done up to a modern standard. It’s a 5 Star place, which means it's well finished and has everything you'd need.

It sleeps five. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One well-behaved dog is allowed. The garden is enclosed, which is good for the dog or if you have kids. It’s open plan downstairs, and it’s all on one level from the parking area into the kitchen, so no steps to worry about.

The place is in Bower Hinton, just outside Martock. There's a pub and restaurant about 300 yards away at the Hollies Hotel. You can use their gym and borrow their bikes. The hotel is useful if you don't fancy cooking one night. Martock itself is a nice little town about a mile away, with a few shops and cafes.

A bit further out, you've got some good National Trust houses. Montacute House is about ten minutes drive. Barrington Court and Lytes Cary Manor are within twenty minutes. Yeovil and Crewkerne are close if you need a bigger supermarket.

It’s a straightforward place. All the bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. Good WiFi and a big TV.
