Hollies Cottage 8 is in Martock. It's one of twelve cottages on a complex, which sounds odd but it's quiet. You're sharing the site with the other cottages, but you've got your own driveway and garden. The garden's fully enclosed.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with king-size beds, and each has its own ensuite shower room. It's modern inside. Everything is new, so you get decent WiFi and a big TV.
It's got a 5 Star rating, which is the high one. It means it's very clean and finished well. You get towels and bedding included.
The Hollies Hotel is right next to the cottages, about a three-minute walk. You can use their gym and borrow their bikes. We often go there for a drink or a meal if we can't be bothered cooking.
Martock town centre is about a mile away. There's a proper village feel with stone buildings, a few shops, and cafes.
For days out, there are some good National Trust places nearby. Montacute House and Barrington Court are both about 15 minutes by car. Yeovil is also 15 minutes away if you need a bigger supermarket.
You can bring one dog. There's a dishwasher. Parking is on your own drive.
