Hollies Cottage 8
Hollies Cottage 8 is part of a small group of new cottages on the edge of Martock. It's detached, so just you and your own garden.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. That's quite handy. It's got the top rating, which means everything's new and in good working order. It's clean and bright.
The Hollies Hotel is a few minutes' walk away. You can use their gym and borrow their bikes. You can also go over for a meal or a drink if you don't fancy cooking.
Martock itself is about a mile. It's a typical Somerset town with Ham stone buildings. There's a few shops and cafes there.
For a day out, you've got some excellent National Trust houses nearby. Montacute House is very close, and Barrington Court and Lytes Cary Manor aren't far either. Yeovil and Crewkerne are about a 15 minute drive if you need bigger supermarkets.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, a big TV, and the wifi is good. All the bedding and towels are provided. There's parking right by the cottage.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
