Grapevine Cottage is in Atherstone, which is a tiny hamlet in Somerset. It's one of a few cottages around a farm courtyard, which is owned by the estate next door. It's a quiet spot.
The cottage has just been done up. It's thatched. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One has a bath with a shower over it, the other is a wet room. That's quite handy.
Downstairs is open plan. The kitchen has what you'd need. The living and dining area has stone floors and a wood burner. There's a garden outside.
You're in proper cider country here. You can walk from the door. Burrow Hill, where they make Temperley's Cider Brandy, isn't far. Neither is Perry's Cider Brewery Museum.
For a town, Wells is about twenty minutes by car. It's a small city, has the cathedral and the market. Bath is a bit further, maybe forty-five minutes. Both are worth a trip.
The National Trust has a lot of places nearby, like Stourhead. The Somerset countryside is good for walks.
What's here: WiFi, parking, wood burner, BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
