Whitney Cottage
Whitney Cottage is a bungalow in Whitney Bottom, Somerset. It's detached, so it's quiet. The garden goes all around the house, and there's a summerhouse and a hot tub. Everything is on one floor, so no stairs to worry about.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a TV. There's one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The floors are heated throughout, which is good in the winter.
The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room has French doors that open onto the garden. There's parking for one car on the drive.
You can bring one dog. They must not be left alone in the cottage at any time.
The nearest pub and restaurant is about a ten minute walk away. There are a couple of others within a short drive.
For walks, you can start right from the door. Montacute House and Barrington Court are both nearby National Trust places. If you drive for about half an hour you can get to the coast at Lyme Regis or Charmouth for fossil hunting.
