This is Hollies Cottage 4. It's one of a group of cottages here, near the Hollies Hotel on the edge of Martock. It's detached, so you've got your own space, and there's parking right outside.
It's a modern build, done up to a high standard. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, which is handy. Sleeps four. It's got a 5 Star rating, which covers things like the fibre broadband and the large TV. It's very clean and comfortable.
The layout is open plan downstairs. There's a proper enclosed garden with a patio, so it's safe for a dog or if you've got kids. You're allowed one well-behaved pet.
The Hollies Hotel is about a three-minute walk away. You can use their gym and borrow their bikes. Their bar is right there if you fancy a pint without driving, and they do meals.
Martock town centre is under a mile. It's got some nice old Ham stone buildings, a few shops and cafes. For bigger supermarkets, you want Yeovil or Crewkerne, about a 15-minute drive.
There are a few National Trust places within half an hour if that's your sort of thing. Montacute House is probably the closest, with its gardens. Barrington Court and Lytes Cary Manor are a short drive too.
In terms of what's here, you've got the dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, all the bedding and towels. It's all included.
