Grisedale Barn

Grisedale Barn is on our working farm in Threshfield. It's a semi-detached converted barn, sleeps ten. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, so it's good for a big group or a few families sharing.

It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well finished and comfortable. The main space is open plan, which works well when everyone's in together. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have dogs or kids. You can bring two dogs.

You're right in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The footpaths start from the gate. You can walk for miles without needing to drive. Grassington is about two miles away. It's a proper Dales village with cobbled streets, a few shops, pubs, and cafes. There's a decent pub you can walk to from here, about a mile, it does food.

Malham Cove is a short drive, maybe fifteen minutes. It's worth seeing. Skipton is about nine miles. It's a busy market town with a castle, a canal, and plenty of shops.

For facilities, it's got what you'd need: dishwasher, washing machine, towels and bedding are included. There's parking right outside. Being a farm, you'll see sheep and hear the usual farm noises, but it's generally quiet.
