Swallows Nest

Swallows Nest is in Hebden, which is a small village in the Yorkshire Dales. It's an end-terraced cottage, quite old, but it's been done up inside. It doesn't feel cramped.

The cottage sleeps five. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. There are some original features like stone walls and wooden beams. There's a wood burning stove. The stairs are typical for a cottage, so they're a bit steep.

You can walk to the local pub from here, it's about five minutes away. There's a very good tea room in the village too. Grassington is a couple of miles down the road. That's where you'll find most of the shops, pubs, and places to eat.

You can walk from the cottage to Grassington or to Burnsall along the river path. It's a nice walk. Bolton Abbey is about nine miles away if you want history and good walks. For a longer day out, you can drive to Harrogate or York, both are under an hour away.

For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one dog. There's a small patio garden at the front with a table.
