This is Swallows Nest. It's in Hebden, which is a small village in the Yorkshire Dales. It's an end-terrace house from the 1800s, built for lead miners. It's quiet here and you get a good view from the front patio.
It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place has been done up but they kept the original features like the stone walls and beams. There's a woodburning stove in a big fireplace. The floors are wooden.
The village has a tea room a few minutes' walk away. There's a local pub about a quarter of a mile down the road. Grassington is under two miles away. It's a small town with shops and places to eat. You can walk there along the river path if you want.
For walking, you're right in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Bolton Abbey is about nine miles. If you like history or big old estates, Studley Royal and Fountains Abbey are worth a trip. So is Brimham Rocks. Harrogate and York are both within an hour's drive.
