This is Arthur Bear. It's one of two apartments, Low Barn and Eva Rose. They're on our place at Keld Houses, just outside Pateley Bridge. You look out over the moors.
Arthur Bear is the ground floor one. It sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got that cottage feel with the stone and beams. There's a wood burner for chilly evenings. The kitchen has what you need. Outside, there's a bit of patio with a table.
The other apartment, Eva Rose, is upstairs. It has a decked balcony with the same view. They can be booked together if you're a group of four.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well looked after. The entrance and wet room are wheelchair accessible. There's parking and bike storage.
Pateley Bridge is a couple of minutes down the road for shops and a few pubs. It's good walking country straight from the door. You're right between the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale National Landscape.
Within about half an hour you can be at Fountains Abbey, or Brimham Rocks. Harrogate and Ripon aren't far if you want a town. The Tour de Yorkshire route went past here, so it's popular with cyclists.
Facilities are all included. Bedding, towels, WiFi, TV. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. We allow one well-behaved dog.
