Nidd Cottage
Nidd Cottage is in Pateley Bridge, right on the high street. It's a terraced cottage. You can park on the street outside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep. They're cottage stairs.
There's a living room with a fire. The back garden is enclosed and gets the sun in the afternoon. It's patio style.
Pateley Bridge has a few shops, a couple of butchers, and cafes. There's a famous old sweet shop. The local fish and chip shop is good. There are pubs within walking distance.
You're in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can walk straight out from the door. The Yorkshire Dales National Park border is about a ten minute drive. North York Moors National Park is roughly half an hour by car.
Harrogate is about 14 miles away for bigger shops. Skipton, with the castle and market, is about 20 miles. York is around 30 miles, so doable for a day trip.
The cottage has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are there if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
