The Mill Townhouse is in Glasshouses, a village near Pateley Bridge. It's a converted rope mill, so it's a tall, stone townhouse. It's Grade II listed. It's right on the edge of the River Nidd.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. The renovation is modern inside but the building still has some original features. The stairs are standard for an old mill, so they're a bit steep and go up three floors.
The garden is at the back, accessed from the main living room. It's a good size. There's a patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
Pateley Bridge is about a mile and a half away. That's where the main shops, cafes, and pubs are. You can walk there along the river. There are a few places to eat and drink in the village itself too.
The property is on the edge of the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can walk or cycle straight from the door. For a proper day out, Fountains Abbey is about a 25-minute drive. Brimham Rocks is about 15 minutes away by car. Masham, with the Theakston and Black Sheep breweries, is about a 20-minute drive. Harrogate or Ripon are both around a 40-minute drive.
Inside, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, smart TVs, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There is parking on site.
