Hill View
Hill View is in Pateley Bridge. It's a terraced house, but it's got its own garden out the back. It's on a quiet lane just off the main street.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with its own shower room. The other is upstairs. The stairs are a standard cottage staircase, not too bad.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. There's an office space if you need to do any work.
You're about a minute's walk from the High Street. There are shops, cafes, and a couple of pubs that do food. The river's right there for a stroll.
The garden is a good size. There's a patio and a lawn, and we provide a BBQ.
For a bigger day out, Fountains Abbey is about 20 minutes away by car. National Trust Fountains Abbey. Brimham Rocks is closer, maybe 15 minutes. National Trust Brimham Rocks. Harrogate is half an hour's drive.
You're in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are walks straight from the door, including the Nidderdale Way. The local area is good for cycling and fishing.
Facilities included are a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and highchair if needed. On site parking for one car. No pets, sorry.
