Hill View
Hill View is on a residential street just behind the high street in Pateley Bridge. It's a terrace house. You get the whole place and the garden to yourself.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with double beds. One bedroom is downstairs and has its own shower room. The other is upstairs. There's a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and a shower over it. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's also a small office space if you need to work.
The garden is out the back. It's got a patio and a bit of lawn. It's a sunny spot. You can hear a bit of street noise sometimes, but you're so close to everything it's a fair trade.
You're about a minute's walk from the high street. There are shops, a couple of pubs, cafes, and takeaways right there. The river runs through the town, so you can go for a walk along it straight from the door. For a longer walk, you can pick up the Nidderdale Way.
Pateley Bridge is in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For a day out, Fountains Abbey is about 20 minutes drive. Brimham Rocks is about 15 minutes away. The cave formations at Stump Cross Caverns are 10 minutes up the road.
Masham is 10 miles away for the brewery. Ripon is about 20 minutes. Harrogate is about half an hour. If you want to go further, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors are within an hour's drive.
Facilities wise: there's parking for one car on the drive, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
