Valley View is an apartment on the first floor of an old building in Burnsall. This place used to be a joiner's shop and blacksmiths, so you'll see some of the old beams and stonework. It's been modernised now, obviously.
There are two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. They're both set up with kingsize beds, but one of them can be split into two singles if you need it. The views from the bedrooms are good, looking down the valley.
Inside, you've got a living room with a wood burner, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining area. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's WiFi and TV.
Outside, there's a little seating area at the front in the shared courtyard. You've also got on-site parking and a place to store bikes.
The local pub is about a three-minute walk away, they do food. The nearest shop is a few miles away in Grassington.
Burnsall is in Wharfedale. It's good for walking straight from the door. You can walk along the river to Grassington, which takes about an hour and a half. Bolton Abbey is about a fifteen-minute drive the other way. Skipton, with the castle and the market, is about twenty minutes by car.
Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a stairgate if needed. No pets.
If you're looking for walking routes or information on the area, the Yorkshire Dales National Park site is useful. For things like Bolton Abbey, you can check their website.
