Kelvin House
Kelvin House is in the middle of Grassington. It's an apartment, on the ground floor of an old Georgian house. You've got your own front door and two parking spaces right outside, which is useful in Grassington.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The ceilings are low in parts because of the beams, so watch your head.
You've got a wood burner in the living room. It heats the place up well. There's a small patio area out the back with a table.
The village centre is a two-minute walk. There are a few pubs that do food, a couple of cafes, and some shops. You don't really need to drive once you're here.
If you're walking or cycling, you can start right from the door. The Dales Way and lots of other paths are close. There's a shared garage round the back if you need to store bikes.
It's about a 15-minute drive to Skipton if you need a bigger supermarket. Malham Cove and the limestone pavement is maybe 20 minutes by car. Bolton Abbey is about half an hour.
For facilities: it has WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and the TV has the basic satellite channels. It's pet friendly, for up to two dogs.
