Norm's Nook is in Grassington, which is up in the Yorkshire Dales. It's a stone cottage, one of a few tucked off the main street. You're about a five minute walk from the village square.
The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and warm. There's an open fire in the front room. We leave wood for you.
The stairs are typical for a place like this, so mind your head on the turns. The garden is enclosed, which is handy. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
Grassington itself has a few good pubs that do food, some cafes, and a small Co-op for basics. In the summer they have the Arts Festival, and it gets busy. The winter Dickensian Festival is popular too.
You can walk straight out from the door onto the footpaths. The Yorkshire Dales National Park site has maps.
Skipton is about a fifteen minute drive. It's a proper market town with a castle, a big high street, and a canal. Harrogate is half an hour away if you want more shops or to go to Betty's.
For a day out, Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal are about twenty five minutes by car.
Included: all bedding and towels, WiFi, a TV, washing machine. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on the street outside, which is usually fine. No pets, sorry.
