Limecroft is in Malham. It's a detached stone cottage that used to be a farm croft. It's been done up to a high standard, hence the 5 Star rating. It faces south-west, so you get the sun in the afternoon. The main windows look out over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles, each with its own bathroom ensuite. One bathroom has a shower, the other a bath. It's set up for two couples, really. No pets.
The village is very small. The river runs right through it. There are two pubs within a few minutes' walk. They both do food. There's a little shop in a house about a mile up the road.
You can walk straight from the front door onto the footpaths. Malham Cove is about a 15-minute walk away. It's a massive limestone cliff. You can walk up to the top for views.
If you drive, you can get to Settle in about 15 minutes. Skipton is about half an hour. Both have supermarkets and bigger shops. For a longer day out, the Lake District or the east coast are both just over an hour away.
The cottage has a woodburning stove for colder nights. There's a washing machine, and all the bedding and towels are included. Wi-Fi works fine. The parking is right outside the front door.
