Kirkeway
Kirkeway is in Allonby on the Solway coast. It's a terraced cottage. It sleeps four. There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a good shower. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The living room looks to the front, over the road and out to the sea. The kitchen and dining area is open plan. It's all fine. It's clean and comfortable. You'll find everything you need.
The big thing is the beach. It's about 50 yards from the front door. No roads to cross. It's a long, sandy beach and it's great for dogs. You can take two.
Allonby is a quiet, old Victorian village. There's a café, a couple of pubs that do food, and an ice cream shop. The shop is a few minutes' walk.
The Lake District National Park is about a 10-mile drive away if you want hills and proper walks. Bassenthwaite Lake is about 16 miles. The Lakes Distillery is there if you like that sort of thing.
On the facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. The garden at the back is enclosed. There's parking on the street outside.
