Ragwood Cottage is a detached cottage on our land in Clewer. It's about two miles from Cheddar, where you've got the gorge.
It's rated five star, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, so one each if you're two couples. It sleeps four. We take one well-behaved dog.
The garden is enclosed and private. You get the sun in the evening out there. There's parking right next to the cottage.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot if you need it.
For basics, there's a village shop about a five minute walk away. The local pub is about the same distance, maybe ten minutes if you walk slowly. They do food. For a restaurant, you'd drive to Cheddar.
Wells is a short drive. The cathedral is worth seeing. Glastonbury Tor is visible for miles around. Bath and Bristol are both within a 30 minute drive if you fancy a city day. For walking, the Mendip Hills and the Somerset Levels are all around you. The National Trust at Cheddar Gorge is the obvious one for a hike. Chew Valley Lake is good if you're a birdwatcher.
That's about it really.
