The Stables
The Stables is on the ground floor. It's attached to our main house but completely separate, with its own garden. You get a key for the gate.
It sleeps eight, and everything is on one level which is good if stairs are a problem. Four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The main bedroom has a roll-top bath in the room itself. Each one opens out onto a bit of private patio.
It's quiet here. You're on the edge of the village. The nearest pub is about a mile's walk, or a two minute drive. The shop is a bit further.
If you're here for walking, Cheddar Gorge is just up the road. For a longer day out, the Mendip Hills are right there. Wells is about ten minutes away. Glastonbury is twenty minutes. The coast at Weston-super-Mare is about half an hour.
You've got underfloor heating, a woodburner, dishwasher, washing machine, and parking right outside. We can do a highchair or cot if you need them. We allow one dog.
