Littlewood Gardens is on the edge of Montrose, overlooking the Nature Reserve. It's a detached house built in the 1990s, so it's spacious with decent ceilings. The view is the best bit, you look straight out over the reserve to the sea.
It sleeps ten, with five bedrooms. Three of those have their own bathrooms attached which helps a lot with a group. There's another family bathroom as well. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable.
The kitchen is big, with a dishwasher and washing machine. There's a dining table that fits everyone. The living room has plenty of seating and satellite TV. WiFi is included.
The garden is private, with a patio and a BBQ. There's parking for a few cars on the drive. The property has some wheelchair-accessible features on the ground floor, like a walk-in shower, but you should check the specifics with us to make sure it suits your needs.
Montrose itself is a five-minute drive away, or a twenty-minute walk. There's a local pub within walking distance, about half a mile. The beach is about three miles, a lovely long sandy one. For golf, Montrose Golf Links is very close, one of the oldest courses. The Montrose Basin Nature Reserve is right on your doorstep for birdwatching.
If you want to explore, Dunnottar Castle is about a 40-minute drive up the coast. Lunan Bay is 15 minutes south. For wider planning, the Angus & Dundee tourist site is useful, as is National Trust for Scotland House of Dun.
Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a highchair. No pets, sorry.
