Sweet Hope is in St Cyrus. It's a detached bungalow, so everything is on one floor. The garden is big and gets the sun.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There are picture windows in the living room so it's very light. It's furnished for comfort, not for show.
You've got the basics: a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive. You can bring two dogs. We have a cot and highchair if you need them.
The beach is about 300 yards away. The path down from the church is steep. If you'd rather not walk it, you can drive down to the reserve car park just outside the village, which is easier.
The beach is sandy and the cliffs are a National Nature Reserve. We've left some binoculars for watching birds. You might see porpoises from the shore. The garden is enclosed, which is useful if you have dogs or kids.
There's a village shop, a café, and a hotel that does food, all about half a mile away.
Montrose is a short drive south. Stonehaven is north. Both are proper seaside towns with shops and golf. Inland, you can get to the Angus Glens for walks within half an hour.
