Sheildaig Cottage Annex

Sheildaig Cottage Annex is in St Cyrus, Aberdeenshire. It's attached to our house, but it's completely separate and self-contained. You get your own front door. The views are really good, out over the fields.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with king-size beds. One bedroom and the bathroom are on the ground floor. The stairs lead up to the second bedroom and a second living space, which has a sea view. There's also a utility room round the side for boots and coats.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's a patio with furniture outside the French doors.

St Cyrus village is just over a mile away. The beach there is beautiful, huge golden sands. The village has a shop, a post office, a coffee shop, and a hotel that does food. The St Cyrus National Nature Reserve is right there too, great for walks.

If you want to explore, Montrose is about ten minutes north. There's a wildlife centre there on the basin. Stonehaven is roughly half an hour south, it has a nice harbour and boat trips. Inland, you've got the Angus Glens for walking, about a 20 to 30 minute drive.

Inside, it's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
