This is Dezzy's. It's on a normal residential street in Montrose, a harbour town on the east coast.
It's a two-storey townhouse that sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One bedroom is on the ground floor. The back door opens from the lounge into a shared garden. It's walled, so it's enclosed, but you share it with the neighbour.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi works fine. You're allowed one well-behaved dog.
The location is the main thing. You're across the road from Mid Links Park. The High Street with shops and places to eat is a few minutes' walk. The big sandy beach is about a ten minute stroll away. If you like golf, there are courses nearby.
Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre is worth a look if you're into that sort of thing. It's the site of Britain's first military airfield.
If you want to go further, Aberdeen and Dundee are both about a 40 minute drive. Dundee has the V&A museum. The Angus Glens are inland for walking, and the coastline north and south is good for exploring.
