Oak -Apartment 4
This is Oak - Apartment 4, one of four flats in an old guest house in Aberfoyle. It's on the ground floor but there are four steps up to the front door.
It's rated 4 Star. Sleeps four, in two bedrooms - one double, one twin. One bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. The living room and kitchen are open plan. Pets are allowed, one is fine.
The garden is shared with the other flats, but it's big so you won't be on top of each other. There's parking on the driveway.
You're right in the village, so you can walk to the shops and the pub. The location is the main thing. You're in the middle of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The forest starts pretty much at the end of the road.
There are walks for all levels, from gentle loops to proper hills like Ben A’An and Ben Venue. Ben Lomond is a bit further. Loch Ard is close by if you want to kayak or paddleboard. There's a Go Ape treetop course nearby and a local golf course.
You can drive to Stirling in about half an hour. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both around an hour away.
Facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. The electricity is all in the price.
