This is Holly, it's a one-bedroom apartment in Aberfoyle. It's on the ground floor. There are three other apartments in the same building, it used to be a guest house.
It's just for two people. One bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower right next to it. The main room is open-plan, so the living area and kitchen are together. It's a good size. You can park off the road, and there's a big shared garden with seating.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. All the bedding and towels are there for you. There's a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
You're allowed one well-behaved dog. There's no extra charge, just please clean up after them.
You're about two minutes' walk from the centre of Aberfoyle village. There are a few places for coffee, food, and a drink. You can hire bikes there too.
You're right in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The forest walks start practically on the doorstep. For a bigger hill, Ben A'An is a popular one about a ten-minute drive away. Ben Venue and Ben Lomond are within half an hour. Go Ape is nearby if you want that, and there's fishing and horse riding locally.
It's a good spot for getting around. Stirling is about 30 minutes by car. You can be in Glasgow or Edinburgh in about an hour. The bus to Glasgow goes from the village, and in the warmer months there's a local bus that goes over the Duke's Pass to Callander and Loch Katrine.
If you're coming with more people, the other three apartments in the building can be booked together.
