Fiadh Ruadh is in Dalmary, on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. It's part of a group of three modern, detached houses at Gartclach Farm. The views are great.
It sleeps six, in three decent sized bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which is handy, and one of the bedrooms is en-suite. We're rated 4 Star. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Your garden is enclosed and private. It has a hot tub. You'll often see red deer in the fields around the farm.
It's really just a base for getting outside. You can walk to a cafe and a garden centre. The Queen Elizabeth Forest Park is very close. The National Cycle Network Route 7 is about a mile away.
Everything else is a short drive. Aberfoyle, Drymen, Killearn, those sorts of villages. They've got shops, pubs, and places to eat.
Glasgow is about 40 minutes away, Stirling is about half an hour. Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine, Go Ape, and Blair Drummond Safari Park are all within half an hour's drive.
The house has a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. There's parking right outside.
