Forth View
This is Forth View. It's one of a few cottages here, part of the Inchrie group. The place is just outside Aberfoyle, in Stirlingshire. It's in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, so you're right in the middle of it all.
It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's graded as 4 Star. It's comfortable, everything works, and it's kept clean. The layout is open plan downstairs.
You get a garden and a patio with a barbecue. There's parking right there. Inside, there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
The cottage looks out over the fields towards the mountains. You can walk straight from the door into the forest. Loch Ard is close by if you fancy a swim or messing about on the water. Aberfoyle village is a short walk away. It's got a supermarket, a butcher, cafes, and a few places to eat. There's a local pub too.
For days out, you're well placed. You can get a boat on Loch Katrine. Stirling is under an hour's drive for the castle and other history. Blair Drummond Safari Park is good if you've got kids. There are golf courses nearby, and Gleneagles is within an hour. If you like whisky, there are distilleries in the area you can visit. Glasgow, Perth, and Edinburgh are all between an hour and an hour and a half away by car.
