This is Loch Chon, in Aberfoyle. It's one of three apartments in a converted guest house right in the village. You get the ground floor one. It's brand new and done up nicely, everything feels clean and solid. There's an electric stove in the living area that looks like a wood burner.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. The whole place is on one level, so it's all step-free from the parking area into the flat. That makes it easier if anyone has mobility issues. The garden is shared with the other apartments, but it's a good size so you won't be on top of each other.
You're a two minute walk from the middle of Aberfoyle. There's a few cafes and places to eat. The Scottish Wool Centre is there, it's a shop with a café attached. You can hire bikes just up the road to get onto the trails.
You're right in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. The hills and lochs are all around you. Queen Elizabeth Forest Park is on the doorstep for walking. Loch Lomond shores is about a 25 minute drive. Stirling Castle is roughly half an hour away.
In terms of what's here: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside the door. No pets.
