This is Birch Apartment in Aberfoyle. It's part of an old guest house that's been split into four flats. Yours is all on one level.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms. One's a double, the other is a twin with its own shower room attached. There's another shower room off the hall. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen. You can get in from the front or the back. At the front there's a small south-facing patio. There's off-road parking and a big shared garden you can use.
You're right in the village, so the shops, cafes and pubs are a two-minute walk. There's a good bus link to Glasgow from here.
For getting out, you're right in the middle of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Lots of forest walks and cycle routes start on the doorstep. Ben A'an, Ben Venue and Ben Lomond are all about a 30-minute drive if you want proper hills. Go Ape is nearby, and there's water sports on Loch Ard.
Stirling is half an hour away by car. Glasgow and Edinburgh are about an hour. It's a good spot for exploring.
Facilities wise: it has a dishwasher, TV, wifi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is step-free. You can bring one dog.
The other three apartments in the building can be rented together if you're a bigger group.
