Eryb Cottage is in Shannochie, on Arran. It's a detached cottage with a sea view. The garden is unusual, there's a stone circle in it. It was on a garden makeover TV programme a while ago.
The cottage sleeps three in two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a single. There's one bathroom with a shower. The property has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included, and there's a cot if you need it. Parking is on site. The garden is private, with a patio area.
For getting around, having a car is useful. You're on the south end of the island. You can walk to the coast from the cottage. Lamlash is the nearest village with shops and places to eat, it's a short drive away.
If you like walking, you can tackle Goat Fell or follow the coast paths. The Holy Isle is in the bay opposite Lamlash; you can get boat trips there in the summer. The whole island is good for cycling if you bring bikes. Distilleries, castles, that sort of thing, are all within a half hour drive.
