The Barn Kilmory

The Barn is in Kilmory, which is on the south end of Arran. It's a detached house about a mile from the sea. You can see the water from the front of the house and the garden.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One double bedroom and a shower room are downstairs. Upstairs there's another double and a single room with an extra pull-out bed under it. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is clean and well-equipped. The garden is fully enclosed, which is handy.

There's a pub and a café you can walk to, about a mile away. The shop is further, in the village about thirteen miles, so you'll want to bring your groceries from the ferry. The island's distillery is nearby if that's of interest.

For getting around, it's a good spot. You're close to the coast for walks and the beach. The whole island is accessible from there. It's quiet.

In terms of what's there: wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring two dogs.
