The Old Pig Barn

This wonderful, detached barn conversion offers a substantial venue for large families or groups wishing to holiday together. Located alongside a farm in a peaceful countryside setting, it has its own large lawn garden with sunny patio and summerhouse to enjoy. Centrally positioned to explore the delights of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast, the house is full of charm and character, delightfully furnished and equipped to provide a warm welcome at any time of year. There is plenty of space on offer so that you can choose to spend quality time with your loved ones or enjoy your own pursuits. Having a spacious kitchen, fully equipped to allow dining from home, and a large dining table, perfect to seat the whole family and celebrate any occasion in style. The living room has comfy sofas, here you can enjoy quality time together with good conversation or enjoy a film. The study is a cosy and comfortable room where you can kick back and enjoy quiet time. The conservatory enjoys an open countryside vista, where visiting wildlife can be spotted, and lovely garden view. There are five individually designed and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The seaside resorts of Cromer and Sheringham offer wide sandy beaches and a host of attractions including golf courses, all within 20 minutes’ drive. Cromer boasts a pier, carnival week in August and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day . Sheringham is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, indoor swimming pool and National Trust, Sheringham Gardens. Numerous bird sanctuaries, salt marshes and wildlife centres punctuate the region, and the popular Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, nature and bird reserves can be found at Cley, Blakeney and Morston. Wroxham, 16 miles, capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, provides daily boat hire, river trips, shops, waterside cafés and restaurants. Visit the market town of Aylsham for its farmers market, shops, cafés, restaurants, and supermarket, 6 miles. Places of historical interest and stately homes can be found within easy driving distance. Blickling Hall boasts open air concerts and events during the summer season. Appealing to children is Banham Zoo, Wroxham Barns and Craft Centre, Dinosaur Adventure Park at Lenwade and West Runton Shire Horse Centre. Beach 5 miles.
