Old Town Hideaway
Old Town Hideaway is in the middle of Hastings Old Town. It's a two-up-two-down terrace house. The name's a bit grand, it's just a normal house.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, one double and one with twin singles. Two bathrooms, which is handy. There's a small garden out the back, on a few different levels. You get a view over the rooftops.
The stairs inside are the original ones. They're steep and a bit narrow. Just watch your step.
You're right in it here. The seafront is a five minute walk down the hill. The Old Town high street, with all the pubs and weird little shops, is even closer. You won't need your car for most things. There's a shop about a minute away.
The fishing beach is along the front. You can see the boats and the net huts. Hastings Country Park is up the hill behind you. You can walk up via the footpaths, or get the cliff railway. It's good for a long walk.
If you want to go further out, Bodiam Castle is about half an hour's drive. So is Battle Abbey. Rye is about twenty minutes by car.
The house has a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a travel cot if you need it. No pets.
